USER AGREEMENT
1. Purpose. This Website is provided solely to assist customers to gather information about OSC 101 products, make purchases or otherwise transact business, and for no other purpose.

The artwork displayed on the Website and in OSC 101 products constitutes OSC 101’s valuable intellectual property, including without limitation, trademarks, trade dress, and copyrighted material. Copying or use of any artwork from the Website or OSC 101 products without the express written consent of OSC 101 is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
5. Errors. OSC 101 expressly reserves the right to correct any errors on this Website for purchases made under an incorrect price. If available, we will offer you the opportunity to re-purchase products at the correct price, or we will cancel your purchase without penalty.
6. Links to Third-Party Sites. This Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than OSC 101. These hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. OSC 101 does not control these websites and is not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of these websites.
7. Disputes with Third-Party Vendors. OSC 101 assumes no liability for services provided by vendors or any other third party through this Website, including services of shipping providers. Although OSC 101 appreciates receiving feedback about the services provided by these third parties, any disputes with a third party must ultimately be settled with the third party.
